Bosch…. in goes the planning application. Pretty easy and straightforward. I am happy with the drawings I have produced. It was fun designing different options with the wife. I think we explored every option. Even tho we are restricted by budget it just added another dynamic to design. I wonder what I could have done with a larger cash pot?! I think I would have extended the ground floor another 2m or had a double height extension… 🤔. Planning portal is very easy to use. I thought it was going to be agro. We just sit tight now for approval. Next stage is to draft up the building regulation drawings which require some effort.
