On the (all-vegan) menu for our little family tonight: cornbread stuffing AND bread stuffing, mashed potatoes, mushroom gravy, roasted sweet potatoes, garlic lemon kale and green beans, cranberry sauce, @fieldroast celebration roast, pecan pie, and red red wine!
I’m so thankful for the delicious food that the world of plants offers us, for my friends and family here in Seattle and all over the world, for my cozy warm apartment and sweet Tortie cat, for comfy sweaters and fluffy socks. I’m thankful for the time I have today to make some personal art and make a feast for my family.
