Harbor Freight is NOT joking about lifetime warranties. We were picking up a few basic clamps and when we were paying, the cashier mentioned that the product had a lifetime warranty and if anything goes wrong, just bring it back. “We had a fire…I assume the items damaged in the fire aren’t covered?”
“Just bring them in,” the cashier reassured us. So we did that today. Indeed, they swapped out our fire-damaged clamps and guides for new ones. I don’t recommend going through a tool fire, but I am blown away by Harbor Freight’s service. Thanks, all!
