Today I tried something really out of the box for me! I went to lunch, at a sit down restaurant, by myself! I took my journal so I could do some garden planning, and you know what? It was absolutely amazing! It was peaceful and so nice! My therapist mentioned it as a way to get out of the house, so I don’t fall back on just sitting down and watching TV or taking a nap, and be present in a moment, and I loved it! I went to a restaurant I love, and picked a time that wasn’t too crowded. I will definitely do this again! I’m so proud of myself for doing this! Now I’m ready to clean this kitchen up of ours, get dinner going, and enjoy the rest of this sunny day! Also, I’m smitten with this flag my mom and I found the other day!
